Enjoy the poly furniture, bar height observation chairs, 4 rockers, and a bistro-height table with 4 swivel chairs. Telescope lounge chairs (4) are also available. A private beachside pool with cushioned furniture is open from Easter through October for your enjoyment. The upstairs 1st living room and the 2nd living room have new large flat screens with surround sound. Extras include a whirlpool tub in the primary bath and bedroom TVs. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, interior and exterior upgrades have continued to be added to this home, including new furniture in both living rooms. You will also find a professionally equipped kitchen including an air-fryer, a beverage fridge on the 1st floor for your convenience, an outdoor gas grill, and a hot/cold private outdoor shower. Work remotely, if needed, with high-speed fiber optic cable/Wi-Fi, an HP all-in-one business printer, and office space in the 2nd-floor bedroom.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that our sleeper sofa will not be made; we will provide fresh linens for it.
We also provide bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
