The villa offers four ensuite bedrooms, each with uninterrupted sea views, individual climate control, and carefully selected materials throughout. Tempur mattresses ensure deep rest, while Villeroy & Boch bathrooms and L’Occitane amenities reflect a consistent, understated standard of quality.
The living space opens entirely towards the sea. A 120 m² interior flows onto a 55 m² terrace with a chlorine-free heated Magna Pool, where the horizon becomes the focal point of the house. Evenings naturally slow down — in the sauna, on the terrace, or in quiet conversation by the water.
Inside, a dedicated cinema experience features an 85-inch screen with a Bose surround system and Marantz amplifier, while each bedroom offers its own private media setup with PlayStation 5 and a curated game library.
