The beautiful holiday home with a heated pool is located in Central Dalmatia, in the holiday resort of Supetar on the island of Brac, only about 200 metres from the sea.



4 apartments are available for rent, each for up to 4 people. The apartments are equipped with WiFi, a private parking space, satellite TV, air conditioning, a baby bed, furnished terrace or balcony (mostly with sea view), a kitchen, and a private bathroom.



The holiday home offers courtyard and garden use, a barbecue facility, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground. The pool is operational depending on the weather, usually from the beginning until October. Bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



The holiday apartment is approx. 40 m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor. It offers space for a maximum of 3 persons and has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a single bed (80x200 cm) and a baby bed on request. The living room is equipped with SAT-TV (LCD), a 2-seater sofa and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, cooker (gas/electric), oven, extractor hood, kettle and cooking utensils and cutlery. The dining area offers space for 4 persons.



The bathroom has windows, toilet, washbasin, mirror and shower.



The private balcony (8 m², covered) is accessible from the living room and equipped with a table and chairs for up to 4 people.



Parking spaces are available on site. Smoking is permitted.



Distances: Airport approx. 18 km, Centre approx. 600 m, Restaurant and Supermarket approx. 100 m, Beach approx. 200 m.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, sailing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, boat rental, nightlife, hiking, nature parks and cultural attractions.



The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash on site.



Included in the price are air conditioning, registration and deregistration fee, final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi.
