Take a quick trip over the bridge to Calabash, "Seafood Capital of the World", to try the one of the many calabash style seafood restaurants and stroll the boardwalk.

Jump in the car for a 30 minute ride to North Myrtle Beach for shopping at Barefoot Landing, an Alligator Adventure, a wine tasting at the Duplin Winery, and a game of mini golf at Hawaiian Rumble. Go a little further and visit Brookgreen Gardens to see the beauty of the South Carolina Lowcountry in full bloom. Stroll through the many sculptures, fountains and flowers, visit the zoo and take a break in the shade of giant live oak trees.
