'I can't tell you how much I love this house. I wish it was summer so bad. Owner was very informative on the progress of what they are improving constantly. Driveway is not monstrous but they did say in a couple weeks they are widening it and doing an entire landscape makeover. The game room is the best place to be when you want to find the kids. Meaning they weren't on the phones or iPads. They were playing. Loved to see it. The view is amazing. The second you walk in the door you see this...

'This beautifully decorated home was spacious and comfortable. We chose the property because we held a family reunion at Sunrise Beach. Other members stayed at other rentals, but this property was large enough to accommodate the entire family on a beautiful deck, filled with comfortable and sumptuous furniture. Sunrise on the deck was stunning. As an added benefit, this was my easiest rental transaction. '

The Management Company that is handling this property was not versed on how to manage the VRBO site or provide documentation, arrival and departure information. Multiple phone calls and additional funds requested the day before arriving set the tone for the trip over a holiday. One of the owners showed up on site which was the only thing that saved the trip.
