'During our stay we travelled with with two adults and a teenager. Both bedrooms are well furnished for sleeping/ hanging out/ storing luggage. Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped, all helping us have a comfortable stay. This place qualifies as a 'home away from home'. The neighborhood felt safe, walked around the block a few of the evenings during our stay and generally, very good vibes were to be had.'

'Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. '

'I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...
