Located in Southwest Ketchum right on the bike path, this 3-bedroom 2-bath condo can sleep up to 6 people. As you enter the condo, you go up a flight of stairs to the living area. The living area is light and bright with a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and stereo. (Basic Cable only). The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, and the dining table seats 8. Off the dining room is a nice deck facing the quiet side yard and bike path. This property has a 7-night minimum stay.

Also on this second level are the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twins, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

On the third level is the master bedroom with a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and views of the mountains. There is a large walk-in closet and master bath with a walk-in shower, sunken tub, and single sink vanity.

The full-size washer/dryer is located in the single-car garage. From the garage, there is an entrance to a bonus room with a twin bed and a half bathroom. This is not part of the main home and is not suitable for small children as it has a garage entrance, but would be okay as a bonus room for one adult.

Complex Features: Located on the bike path that is groomed in the winter to ski to the Mt or cross-country ski, and in the summer can take you up and down the Valley in either direction on your bikes. This location is just a 5-10 minute walk into town.
