'The property was nicely appointed and for the most part very comfortable. We had a couple glitches. We were provided the wrong door code and it took a good 20 minutes in 20 degree temperatures standing outside to connect with a person and get the correct code. The door code situation was a bit cumbersome. We found several dishes in the cabinets that that were not clean. Perhaps they did not make it through the dishwasher. Otherwise everything was clean. It would have helped to have a guide book...

Vacasa didn't supply the unit number, so we spent the better part of an hour waiting to speak with a human (in the cold Idaho winter) before we could check in. And we were subsequently inundated with follow-up upsell emails/texts. Will never rent a Vacasa property again.'

'The view and setting was absolutely beautiful and has an awesome balcony. Well stocked, great communication. It's a little dated and the bathrooms especially could use a facelift. Prepare yourself for some tiny showers and shower heads that hit your chest. :) Overall we'd stay here again.'

I was a little nervous when I read some of the reviews after we had booked about it being a bit tired. I think that they are in the process of making some updates. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are separated. Great if you have light sleepers. 'This Ketchum condo with deck was ideally located, within walking distance of shopping and dining in town, and an easy walk or drive to River Run. It was not a big condo, but had everything we needed to enjoy our week of skiing and enjoying the area. Washer and dryer in the condo were really nice to have.'

'This was one of 2 units rented for a group of 30-40 year olds. We enjoyed this property. The price, sleeping arrangements, and location were all great. Many reviews point out this unit could use some love - and it could, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. Beds were comfy, water in the showers was hot and the location is great to access the mountain and all communications were simple and sufficient. Thanks!'
