'Kamar mandi kotor dan seprei kotor dan molton tempat tidur penuh dengan noda sangat tidak hygiënisch sehingga saya harus menyuruh ganti sebelum saya tidur.'

'rien ne nous invite à revenir dans cet hôtel sans charme, impersonnel'

'No hot water. No toiletries, better to avoid breakfast, even you want to eat nothing will be there. So no more Nusanatara'

'I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. '

'The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!'
