« Location and views are perfect, the home itself needs love. Lots of things broken. The pool is very clean kept up. The docks are nice. Landscaping is great!! Space in the home is amazing, the screened in porch makes the space huge. We opened the windows and doors and never shut them until we left partially because we couldn't, no idea how to lock the doors. 🤔😂 It was amazing. « Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. « This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. »
