The main level features a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and relaxing together, along with a spacious primary suite, a cozy queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle—perfect for families and groups. Just outside, enjoy the private backyard with a jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining, and lounge seating. Upstairs, a private queen bedroom offers beautiful ocean views, an en-suite bathroom, and a sun-filled deck that's perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails by the sea.

This home is part of a duplex. Your reservation includes the entire lower level of the home, plus the private upstairs queen suite with its own bathroom and oceanview deck. The remaining upper level is occupied by a long-term tenant.
No air conditioning: The home is equipped with heat only. As the main living space is on the lower level, it can occasionally feel warm or a bit stuffy, particularly during hotter summer days. We recommend opening the windows and screen doors to let the cool ocean breeze naturally circulate through the home, which typically keeps the space very comfortable.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with approval. Pets must remain off furniture, be taken outside for bathroom breaks, and may not be left unattended at the home. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these guidelines are not followed.
This is a charming older beach home with plenty of character. Guests should expect some cosmetic imperfections, including minor dents, cracks, and signs of age throughout the property.
Due to the home's age, some flooring is naturally uneven from settling. Guests should use caution when moving throughout the home, and it may not be the best fit for guests with mobility concerns.
