"Everything was great Sandra at reception was excellent. The hotel is only about 500mtrs from interlarken west train station and about 1 3km from interlarken ost station and in the middle of everything. There was only one slight issue and that was there was no kettle in the room, but it is pictured in the room photos, and my wife enjoys her cup of tea in the morning. When I asked the guy at reception said it was not part of the service even though the cups and tray were in the room. All up though we had a great stay, aside from that hiccup."
