« I liked the price and the room. It was perfect for two adults on a mountain biking vacation. The location was perfect for riding trail 401. I did not like that we were not allowed to keep our bikes inside the room. Bike storage was not convenient. Otherwise, the instructions were accurate and check in and check out was simple. »

« Easy check in. Great communication. Clean room. Be prepared to walk upstairs. Rooms are on 2nd floor. decor is older but clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Coffee and ice cream shop down stairs. Owners run these shops too. Super friendly. The soaking pools are downstairs...Wonderful after a day exploring the mountains. Town is very walkable. Lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store with all the basics we needed. Would definitely stay...

« Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room. »

« This is a well appointed, perfectly located condo. It was wonderful to have covered parking,, convenient restaurant /bar in building and was quiet. Kitchen has base needs covered. Check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend! »

« Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic! »
