'The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience. Don’t know that I will ever return.'

'First time stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how the interior is not what you would expect from the exterior. It is every bit as nice as a similar resort in the area and a lot less expensive for a room. It makes up for a lesser view with the amenities and beautiful grounds. The dinner in the dining room was very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was good sized and comfortable. We did pay for spa services, and although they are a bit pricey the staff was great.'

'Love this place and happy to be going there since it opened over 30 years ago It’s changed overtime with multiple different owners. Overall, this pace is still to out liking despite lack of the woodburning for our place, the resort fee and more recently the parking fee. In this particular case, the checkout staff was rude. 'Worked well'

'The staff doesn't have any knowledge of the area, the grounds and the rooms are very poorly maintained. Rusting parts, etc. They only have a locked wifi for payment but they tell you to walk 2 minutes and stand outside another building for wifi. The place has no cell signal so to look for any directions, hikes, etc is not possible while in the room. They were short on staff so room wasn't even cleaned the first day.'
