'Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway.'

'Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again.'

'We had a nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only things that could be improved were the temperature in the common areas and the breakfast. The lobby and hallways were very warm, and it would have been much more comfortable if the air conditioning had been on. The breakfast was my biggest disappointment. Paying around $35 for two people to eat from a buffet with only a handful of hot items just didn’t feel worth the price. If we stay here again,...

'This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. 'My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served.
