« Great location to downtown and beautiful building and architecture. This facility has a combination of long-term and short-term rental units. Our unit was well appointed with bedroom, living room, kitchen and one bath and generally very clean and well appointed. Only issue we had was the blind in the bedroom had fallen and was on the ground and was not fixable. « Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »
