'Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!'

'New hotel under construction from expansion it was a bit disorderly. Spacious rooms, perfect bedding, nice shower. View from the window on the hallway of the longstay facility. Breakfast could use an upgrade with less plastic and better wholewheat bread. '

'First time staying there, it was Easter weekend and there was construction going on Hammer Ing sledgehammers dirt and dust everywhere all kinds of materials, ladders boxes, tables, things in the hallway so you could barely pass with your suitcases. I don’t understand why they had to do construction at night as well, which was really hard to sleep for some of us. There was a constant weird ticking sound. I have no idea what that was from outside of a room, the concierge was rarely at the desk you...

'The room was comfortable but it was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist...

'It was nice! Although the exterior looked a bit outdated, inside is a beautiful modern hotel with everything you need. Great beds! '
