'We could not get the air conditioner to work, but we did not report it until the next day, as we arrived late and figured we could make it through the night without it. When we reported it, the person on duty came to the room to check it out and got it going but he told us not to touch the plug in as it wasn't the best. 'The carpet was horrible. It needs to be cleaned and shampooed. There were stains everywhere. Me and my husband's feet literally stuck to the floor. It was disgusting'
