Vind je ideale hotel in Southwest Illinois

'We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. '

'The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean....

However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were...
