'The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value! '

'Great stay for the price. Check-in at the lobby was very friendly and less cumbersome than the average hotel check-in. The room was very suitable and comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a balcony. I do think that some art on the walls would make it seem less institutional, and access to shampoo and conditioner would be great as well. Those are not complaints, only recommendations. 'This hotel is fine if you only need a place to sleep. There is no blow dryer, no coffee maker, and no hand towels, you have to use a washcloth or bath towel to dry your hands. The bed was very hard, and the vinyl floor was peeling. There was dog poop on the front sidewalk, and the air conditioner smelled like the filter hadn't been changed in years.
