Only negative is that all bedrooms are on the second floor with no bathroom upstairs but home is so charming it’s easy to overlook this small inconvenience. »

« I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...
