'We had a great time staying in the lovely 1-bed 1-bath but with two sofa couch places for the three of us fully remodeled basement of the amazing mansion under renovation. Donavan, the host, has great taste, and has created a very comfortable site very close to all three major league stadiums (baseball, football, hockey/basketball). 'While the property shares the driveway with the main house, it's a cozy secluded feel in a wooded area.The place has a wonderful kitchen with a mini fridge and a hot plate and other appliances are provided if you wish to cook.It has a lovely fireplace and good air conditioning (I stayed when it was quite warm).Ideal for a private or cozy getaway for a couple. A lovely relaxing stay.'

'This apartment was GREAT! Jon's place was beautiful and clean. There were already some spices there to use. It would have been nice to have some condiment packets to use but wasn't an issue. Loved the exposed brick in the apartment and inside the building.It was easy to navigate the area. We were in town for Tigers game. Getting to and from Comerica was super easy and quick! Don't be concerned when you view the apartment area on a map. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its an old industrial area...

'So glad I booked here. I was really impressed with this spot! Very clean and well maintained, and the LOCATION was amazing.We were in town visiting friends and we could walk right out into the middle of downtown Ann Arbor with all the bars and restaurants right there.Bed was really comfortable. Shower was great. Communication was easy. Five stars all around!'

'The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired.
