« We had such an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our family to relax and enjoy. The pool was incredible — the kids practically lived in it the whole trip! The hot tub was also a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The hosts were fantastic — quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect...

« The Cottage is has described on the pictures. very clean, cosy , close to Chatham , and very Quiet . the only issue was the temperature when we arrived . 45F it was so cold ,it took few hours before becoming comfortable . i would recommend ,to increase temperature when guests are planed to come . For cooking , its a bit limited with the overall utensils provided .. , but we managed ... I do recommend this cottage . its really cosy and comfortable ... Thanks »

« Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

« Great house »

« From what we were told, we were the second guests to stay at this property, so there were a few bumps at the start. The house wasn’t fully clean upon arrival, but after some persistence the owner sent the cleaner back. That delayed our check-in, but it was taken care of. A few essentials were also missing, and once notified, the owner responded quickly and resolved everything so we could enjoy our stay.Parking can be tricky. The long driveway is shared with another unit, so if someone pulls in...

« The home is so homey and surrounding area just adorable. Great close walk to the ocean and downtown. I would highly recommend this house if going to Massachusetts to see the Cape Cod attractions and surrounding areas. »

« My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house. Close to beautiful downtown Chatham and fun beaches. House was in great condition and plenty big enough for our house of 6 adults (parents and 4 teenage/20s kids). Highly recommend this house and the owners were very easy to contact and work with. »

« It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham...

« We had a great stay. The house was very nice and similar to the pictures posted online. The view is incredible and worth the stay alone. The only challenging part of the trip was the ability to call Ubers / Lyfts into town given the remote nature of the house - sometimes the wait time was upwards of 20 minutes. Additionally, the instructions to arrive at the house can be challenging for drivers. »

« We had a great time with friends in this beautiful home that was very spacious for all of us to move around! We spent much of our time in the pool and hot tub! Can't wait to go back! »

We especially loved the patio, and my 2-year-old grandson had a great time running around in the big, manicured, fenced-in yard.Jenny is an amazing host who responded quickly to my emails and was very accommodating.
