« Our room was very clean and well maintained. The air con worked well,although a little noisy. Over all the property was well maintained and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the better hotels we have stayed in. »

« Best continental breakfast ever, but the lobby area has perfumed scents sent through the A/C so you have to sit in the dining area eating breakfast while inhaling airborne chemicals. Same for the fitness room as it is right near the lobby. Clean room except the shower could have been cleaner. Don't like the perfumy hand soap and liquid soaps/shampoo/conditioner either. Staff friendly and helpful. »

« Carpet in room had large stain. Looked recent. Room never serviced. Asked for clean towels. Company that controlled parking charged 4 days. We arrived 7/9 left at 0530 on 7/13. I didn’t expect to be charged for the day we left. Had 2 bills from them one for 7/9-7/13 and another for 7/13. »

« The front desk was very helpful. The hotel itself, however, smelled like an overuse of cleaning products yet it was dirty everywhere. We had multiple rooms and all were disgusting - clogged shower drains, dirty tubs, stains and burn marks on carpet, paint on towels, hairballs in the bed. I have never seen a Candlewood Suites in this condition. »

« Water turned off for several hours when we arrived but that was due to a busted pipe which did get fixed by the evening. Otherwise all was good. »
