« Staff tried to downgrade us to a double room because they were overbooked for the same amount of money. « Don't book the hotel. Hotel is disgusting. The first room we were given had hair and stains on the sheets, dead bugs in the floor, nothing had been swept and cleaned in a while and I wonder of they ever clean their sheets. We were given another room when I went back to front desk unhappy with the first room. The second room wasn't much better. Floors were better but the sheets were so gross with stains and other peoples hair. We went to another hotel. They did give me a refund on the room. »

« The door doesn’t seal well and let mosquitoes come in. The convertible couch was 90% springs, 10% mattress, extremely uncomfortable. There is nothing inside to room to put you luggage quickly accessible once the convertible is open, and no place to hang clothes. The room is quite old and will need some maintenance. Good point was the breakfast, and the proximity to the Broadway Street. »
