'Every employee was incredibly friendly, even if only passing us in the foyer or hallways. Stacy, the operations manager, was especially engaging, knowledgeable and helpful as we were deciding what to do for dinner and what events and venues were worth visiting. We took all of her suggestions and were thrilled when she was spot-on across the board, from Ye Olde Tavern to the syrup-making tour at Dutton’s to the Vermont Country Store. She’s an asset to your operations.'

'Parking was available and easy, and it felt safe. Breakfast was slightly limited (boiled eggs, for example, would be a welcome breakfast item to enjoy with toast and the good coffee), but the fresh waffle was delicious, as well as the fruit and yogurt. The room was spotless, and the manager and his personnel excellent. '

'Room was pretty clean, was a dark mark on the sheets like a pen had exploded somewhere in the washer/dryer. We came in to the room and the bathroom sink was running and luckily we got in there in time to turn it off and open the drain to prevent a flood. Staff was super friendly and super busy, they deserve nothing but respect for all they do! We always saw them doing something and keeping busy so we appreciated it. Overall would stay again!!!'
