'Checking in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was helpful. It’s an older property but it was clean and well cared for. I appreciated the television service the motel used as I was able to watch a favorite program not available on Roku that many hotels have gone to. Sound carried quite a bit in this motel. The mattress could have been better. It had a dip in it that made it hard to get comfortable. The curtain on the window did nothing to block the security light outside, so the room was not...

'This motel was a convenient stop, but I didn't realize it is next to a busy rail line. Six or seven trains passed through during the night. No amenities to speak of; no working A/C and a non-functional ice machine.'

It is on a buzy road and trains come by. It did not bother me. It is close (by car) to the thermal baths and restaurants in the small town. Would come again.'

'Very good bed with two pillows. The AC/heat unit worked well. There were plenty of electrical outlets. Lighting was good. We checked in late and were not settled in the room until 10pm. There was no hot water. There was hot water in the morning. The sink was great looking but not very functional - it was difficult to turn on the water without it splashing all over the counter because the basin was too small for the faucet style.
