'Easy to access for travelers. The lady who checked us in never bothered to shut off the videos on her phone to help us, and was even kind enough to let me know her feelings about what she was watching. Putting sheets on those beds was like putting lipstick on pigs...you just can't cover up how bad they were. 'The room was not cleaned at all. Not swipped or mopped. It was smelling terrible. There were cockroaches in the room. In the washroom only hot water was running. Bedsheets wasn't washed at all. The experience was disgusting. Staff wasn't helpful at all. I booked it from Expedia, so I complained on Expedia as well. They didn't helped. After 15 hours drive, we just suffered whole night. Above all this, the room wasn't cheap priced. They charged $100 a night for this kind of service.'
