'Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! '

'We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation.
Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...

'Beautifully renovated condo - modern, clean, and super comfy! My boys and I enjoyed a fantastic day of fall mountain biking, and this studio space was perfect for a quick overnight stay.We've been up to Stratton many times, none of our previous stays matched this one—great location, minutes from the village and base lodge.
