'We stayed Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing or the approximately 1,000 price.There was trash piled up in the garage when we arrived, and I had to notify the homeowner. Only then did she ask to enter the property because the HOA could fine her if the trash cans were left out. This should have been communicated and handled proactively, especially if access was needed for an early-morning trash run after guests had already checked in.The listing...

'The house was beautiful and everything was awesome. There were what looked like spilled rocks on the deck and the cushions to the deck furniture. We’re all on the ground. The placemats on the dining room table had food on them, and there were some pieces of stuff on the ground but other than that, everything was nice and clean and fun and great! We had an amazing time and the house fulfilled all of our needs. It was very comfortable and the entertainment was great. Thanks!!! '
