Hostels in Stornoway

'Mooie plaats op het eiland om van daaruit rond te kijken.mm'

'Mooi schoon en comfortabel hotel met goede bedden, prima restaurant, direct aan de haven en de ferryterminal gelegen.'

'Hotel is aged but beds were clean and comfy, great blankets. A bit of a stale smell in the room and a bit stinky in the bathroom but pop the windows open and all fixed. Was a comfortable stay and the restaurant downstairs had a great carvery buffet dinner.'

'I liked everything… the staff, the food, the room, the parking. All great!'

'The twin room is very basic as it states. Just be aware that separate tub and shower actually means one ‘shared bathroom’ with everyone else on the floor. It would be helpful to have the light operable above the sink. It was a very last minute booking due to a ferry cancellation , but it is very close to the ferry terminal. The owner did supply us with a bagged lunch as our departure was very early in the morning which we appreciated very much.'

'Creed Cabin is in a great location and we loved the sauna! Please note the property is very small. '

'The hosts are lovely and very helpful! We really enjoyed the stay.'

'Fantastic room in stunning castle'

'Beautiful, warm & comfortable home with an amazing view. Owner was easily accessible. Beautifully decorated and just gave you the feeling you were at home.'

'Wonderful stay'

'We spent a wonderful week in an apartment in Lews Castle Stornoway. The apartment was very spacious, light and with high ceilings as befits a castle. Its location was excellent, in extensive grounds and in walking distance of Stornoway. It also had views of the harbour. We could watch ferries and cruise ships come in and out.'
