'The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. In addition, the listing says "Parking on site" but the only parking was the street. We did not stay and found...

'The room wasn’t clean at all when I arrived - someone else’s hair was in the shower still, there was trash on the nightstand, nothing had been wiped down or dusted, it was all pretty bad. I was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the towels smelled moldy. The bed was unusually small. It was relatively quiet and private though. '
