'Behind the black iron door there is a lovely well equipped cottage. The best thing is that it is right in the middle of Cheadle and at the same time a quite retreat, the best of both. We are not the absolute nature lovers, but made trips tot Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Close enough for a days visit. But we explored the Peak district as well. We did Buxton and Ashbourne and Leek too. We find the cottage very cosy. We didn’t miss a thing. Everything was there, including good Wifi.'

'Well lovely spacious accommodation so close to Alton towers I sort of worked out it is quicker to walk from the cottage than it is to drive into the car park and walk. I was very happy being in there and the large sofa and fire were so homely '
