« We had a great stay, house is very well equipped with everything you might need…all the way from the kitchen to the pool area, everything you might need, they have it.Many kayaks available on the house, even though is a challenge, highly recommend kayaking to the lazy river, is just beautiful.We rented a boat from Minns, don’t miss on this, is awesome out there »

« Avie was wonderful to work with during our fabulous trip. He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. He also helped get our excursion dreams to happen. Can’t wait to go back! »

« Mom and I started our trip here for our Mother’s Day getaway. Beautiful views and water from the beach or restaurant/bar next door. We were in one of the upper apartments. No view of the beach or water due to the mature palm trees. Apartment is basic - minimal accommodations (like wash any dishes & fill the coffee pot from small bathroom sink) for those looking for a great value and basic accommodations. « Came with my daughter and were very happy! Property was super clean and bed was comfortable. I liked that it was on a quieter side of the island. Tropic of Cancer and Exuma point beaches are close and lovely. »

« We appreciated to be front of the sea and also the people availability. A lady called Michelle working at the restaurant there , helped us in everything. Also Tory and staff were available in case of need »

« This place is a beautiful family owned property and it shows. They were so accomidating wether it was helping with rides for food or setting up boat trips. It was the perfect spot to relax and explore the north end. We had the best time. »

« It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are.
