' Host’s communication needs to improve! When we checked in, beddings didnt look fresh, so I asked: Me: sent pic & asked “this is how bed? Sheets washed/clean? Her reply: If we are going to have these kinds of problems because how I choose to make my bed then your more than welcome to try a room at the hotel ( copied & pasted from her text)'

'The location was perfect for a family trip. We were close enough to venture downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet and clean. Chris’ communication and recommendations were impeccable! We had an absolute blastAnd would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Key West. Our only complaint is the pool could have been just a tad warmer. '

"Onder de deur van de kamer zat een kier van zeker 2 centimeter waardoor je zo naar buiten keek. 2 dagen verbleven en tot 2x toe geen opgemaakte bedden en geen schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was koud en werd totaal niet aangevuld, personeel erg onvriendelijk. "
