'Great place, only negative element is the size of the room and closeness of the bed to the toilet'

'Goede accomodatie. '

'I’ve never stayed at a Bob W before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience exceeded my expectations! The overall aesthetic was great, the room was very clean and even came equipped with chargers and outlet converters. The area was very safe and a 10 minute walk to Kensington gardens. 10/10 recommend!'

'Rooms need refurbishement.'

'Kleine kamers. Geen vijf sterren '

The supervisor apologised by providing free toothbrush and asked for a good review. This is not acceptable. My expectations of a Marriot hotel should acknowledgment its mistake and show a good attitude to customers rather than asking for something that clearly they haven’t earned. The compensated breakfast was very...
