'Great place, only negative element is the size of the room and closeness of the bed to the toilet'

'Goede accomodatie. '

'Ik had een aangenaam verblijf. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer en deze had alles wat ik nodig had.'

'I’ve never stayed at a Bob W before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience exceeded my expectations! The overall aesthetic was great, the room was very clean and even came equipped with chargers and outlet converters. The area was very safe and a 10 minute walk to Kensington gardens. 10/10 recommend!'

'Rooms need refurbishement.'

'Nette faciliteiten basic maar goed. Tikje verouderd misschien maar schoon en voldoende.'

Maar uiteindelijk wel doorheen geslapen Voor de rest waren de voorzieningen goed en deed de airco het goed.'

'Kleine kamers. Geen vijf sterren '

'Room was nice and clean, large enough especially for London. Location is absolutely amazing! View of Hyde park, tube entrance next door, nice selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.'

'The room was clean and new ish. I can not imagine why a hotel room doesn’t provide towels. This is a critical management issue in terms of following the cleaning protocols. The supervisor apologised by providing free toothbrush and asked for a good review. This is not acceptable. My expectations of a Marriot hotel should acknowledgment its mistake and show a good attitude to customers rather than asking for something that clearly they haven’t earned. The compensated breakfast was very...
