'We arrived at 8:30. We were tired and just wanted get our room and go to sleep. The front desk person was rude and very disrespectful. She was no help what so ever. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and if asked will tell them to go anywhere else but there. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was so disappointing that we just left and went to Tim Hortons to eat breakfast. After lying $262 for one night stay it was no where near worth the money we were charged.'

'I booked 4 nights at this hotel and my stay was wonderful. I appreciated the location being near transportation ( GO buses and trains), many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, on Main Street. The hotel staff is amazing, always smiling, ready to help and very professional. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet although there was a big group attending the hotel on the Weekend.'
