'We pretty much had to navigate the hotel ourselves. I didn't see the signs for the Cafe till the last day of our stay.'

'I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. All in all I had a good rest...

The customer service was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and they were especially accommodating with pets, which made a long stay much easier. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is average, the beds are decent, and having an on‑site laundry facility was very convenient for an extended stay.'

We ordered a pizza from one of the fast food restaurants near the front lobby and it was not good at all. Paper thin with barely any cheese. All in all it was a good stay'
