'great stay value for money'

'When I arrived the Ohara festival had just started, which meant Tenmonkan was closed off. That also meant public transport either did not run, or was forced to take a detour. Something to remember if you’re ever in Kagoshima in the beginning of November. The room is a standard size, the noise coming in from the streets virtually nonexistent. The hotel staff was very friendly.'

'The staff was absolutely lovely and the drinks in the coffee shop divine. '

'The view of the spa on the rooftop floor on the volcano is amazing'

I would recommend skipping doing laundry at this hotel or in Kagoshima generally as it's quite a bit more expensive than other places. The breakfast...
