'Fantastic neighborhood - walking distance to a number of metro lines as well as the canal. Vibrant area, great tiny apartment built for one or two, top floor of a safe building with elevator. Minimal in size but lots of amenities. Owner was very kind and quick with communication. We had a lovely stay even in the heat of summer.'

'The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. This could be an American vs. European thing, but because we were not familiar with the unit, it required some communication back and forth. 'The apartment is a great size with enough extra pillows and blankets for small to medium sized groups. The amenities are great, we were able to find everything we needed and it was clean. The 11th is a great location, out of the touristy areas a bit, quiet, and filled with great food but still close to multiple metro stops and sightseeing locations. Overall, we had a fabulous trip and the apartment was a perfect choice! '
