'Great property with everything you need in an excellent location'

'We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Nice en komen ongetwijfeld terug. Het appartement is super gelegen, op nog geen 5 min stappen van De Promenade des Anglais en op een kwartiertje van het centrum. De parking voor het parkeren van de auto is pure luxe in het drukke Nice. De commnunicatie voor ons verblijf verliep zeer vlot en correct. Het onthaal door Laure bij aankomst was top. Meer konden we niet wensen voor een zorgeloos verblijf.'

'The locatie of the appartement was perfect, you’re quick on the main streets of Nice, easy to get to the beach (by car due to the heat) The appartment is a bit out dated but everything you need is there and Therry has been very helpful in facilitating us and quick in responding to requests and questions. The view and outside terrace are magnificent. It’s challenging to park sometimes but it can be done. I forgot that there is no AC and it’s was seriously hot 35C. It takes some getting used to.'

'Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious '

'Nice place for two people with kitchen but it had bed bugs so book at your own risk.'

'We had a great stay in the apartment. The location made the old town easily accessible and the apartment was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment.'

'The apartment was in the perfect location for exploring old town in Nice. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside was how hot the sleeping area was at night, the AC unit wasn't enough to cool it.'

'This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.'

'Echt een leuke studio op nog geen 200m van de zee. Super gezellig ingericht. We verbleven met onze 2 kinderen van 11 en 13. Prima slaapbank en heerlijk bed. De airco is een verademing. Heerlijke douche. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat dus heerlijk ontbijtje op het terras. De ontvangst was goed geregeld.'

"The cleaning staff was very good. Excellent location. Things to improve: the beds were hard to sleep on. We stayed in a junior suite. The bathtub had no curtain so it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the floor. The breakfast could have more variety considering the price. "
