'The location was perfect - close to the trains/trams, near the water, overlooking the square. It was noisy outside at times, but you knew that going in and people watching from the top floor was entertaining when things were hopping out there. Full amenities that I didn’t even get to fully use due to busy days, but could have cooked, laundry, dishwasher, A/C - it was great!'

'The place was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach, tram, and bus stops. Although it’s not in the main town area, public transportation makes it very easy to get around, including directly from the airport. There is also a small grocery store within walking distance. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a small elevator and is well equipped with a washing machine and a variety of cleaning supplies. 'Een fantastische appartement om je vakantie te vieren met een geweldig uitzicht op de zee. In het appartement kom je niks te kort. Het is mooi super schoon ingericht met airco. Er zijn genoeg handdoeken. In de koelkast vind wat te drinken als je aankomt. Je kunt gelijk koffie zetten want dat staat al klaar. Er zijn al verschillende soorten kruiden om te koken. In de badkamer heb je een föhn shampoo crèmes. Het is een geweldig appartement om met je gezin te verblijven we hebben heerlijk genoten...

'"Heel hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. We kregen heel wat praktische informatie over de omgeving. Eigenaar was tevens heel hulpvaardig, bij problemen was hij in 2 minuten ter plekke. Heel ruim appartement met gerieflijke kamers. Prachtige uitzichten vanop beide balkons, de foto's op het internet kunnen dit sublieme zicht op Nice en de zee niet omvatten. We komen zeker terug!"'
