'The flat was perfect for us -- probably the best equipped and most comfortable flat we have rented in about a decade of trips to Nice. We would come back any time! The balcony is large and serves as a terrace, accoutred with tables and comfortable fleece-covered chairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed as we sat out some mornings to eat in the warm December sunshine. There is a good grocery store across the street and there are bakeries and restaurants very nearby. The location of the flat suited us...

'The apartment is clean and in a good quality apartment block on a good street in an excellent location, just a new minutes walk from the Promenade d’Anglais and about 20 mins to Old / Nice Flower Market area. The owner is very efficient and easy to communicate with, and well organised for access and departure. Overall highly recommended. '
