'A localizaçao e a estrutura do hotel é excelente, equipe atenciosa. Café e restaurante muito bom, bar, onsen e demais facilidades tb excelentes. Fica na frente da estaçao de ski, loja de locaçao de equipamentos, e demais comodidades incriveis! Vale super a hospedagem, hotel novo, bem cuidado e na melhor regiao de Hokkaido que é Niseko.'

'Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. '

'The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others.'

'The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip. '

'Excellent suites, staff, and mountain access. Parking was clunky, and the bar needed better options for drinks and mixers since it’s a very western traveler appeal. Nespresso in rooms is a great touch and loved having washer dryer in room. Noone was in the onsen with me the entire 5 day stay. Would definitely come back and stay!!! '

The room itself was comfortable for the most part except for getting hot during the day regardless of what the thermostat was set to and some small cosmetic damage to some features.'
