'I would not book any property with Bnb Nova. They asked if I wanted an earlier check in for a reduced price which I paid then they did not give it to me when I arrived. Still have not received my money back from them. Also had me drop keys at a location where there was no one to receive the keys and blamed me for it, and took a 50 late charge. Nice apartment but I would not deal with them again. Unethical practices.'

'They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team'
