'It is a small place on the 17th of an apartment building. Perfect for a solotraveler or a couple. All the amenities you need. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is not the pretty part of Paris, but the metro is at 5 minutes. Host lives in the same building and is helpful.'

'Do not book this apartment. My husband and I arrived on Christmas Eve to find the bathroom covered in black and pink mold — a serious health hazard that was not disclosed in the listing. I have a severe mold allergy and immediately developed symptoms including a scratchy throat and headache. 'Lovely location close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to metro station.Apartment very clean and modern. Very small apartment and probably not big enough for 5 people and suitcases etc. luckily we really only slept there as there was no space for anything else.
