'The location and view are fine but the appartment was very old and durty (also all at the kitchen). 4 Nights with one towel each person. The bed was also old.'

'Patrick hat uns selber enpfangen und alles super erklärt (auch mit welchen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln man am besten vorankommt). Es ist ein hübsches kleines Zimmer. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage ist super und eher ruhig gelegen. Ca. 10 min von der nächsten Metro entfernt welche Ideal ist um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris anzuschauen inkl. direkte Verbindung nach Versailles.'

Men vermeldt uitdrukkelijk dat je de host enkel mag contacteren in noodgevallen, maar Agence Cocoonr kan je echter niet helpen met specifieke vragen (i.v.m. baggage vroeger deponeren). De studio was niet proper en zeer stoffig. Er lag zelfs nog afval onder het zetelbed."'

'We loved the apartment although the hike up the four flights were not easy for our age group! The neighborhood was just what we were looking for; close to transportation, not filled with shops all over but right on a street with a restaurant, bar and patisserie! Thanks for a lovely experience! '

'L'annonce était trompeuse sur les taxes de séjour. 32 nous ont été demandés après la réservation effectuée.Il n'était également stipulé nulle part les conditions d'annulation, nous les avons eu après avoir payé et ne sont clairement pas avantageuses pour les clients. La communication avec les hôtes n'est pas fluide car seulement par mail et impossibilité de parler en français avec le seul contact téléphonique que j'ai eu. L'appartement donnait directement sur la rue et n'était pas du tout isolé...
