'Lovely location close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to metro station.Apartment very clean and modern. Very small apartment and probably not big enough for 5 people and suitcases etc. luckily we really only slept there as there was no space for anything else. Very fast communication on the platform with easy instructions. '

'L'annonce était trompeuse sur les taxes de séjour. 32 nous ont été demandés après la réservation effectuée.Il n'était également stipulé nulle part les conditions d'annulation, nous les avons eu après avoir payé et ne sont clairement pas avantageuses pour les clients. La communication avec les hôtes n'est pas fluide car seulement par mail et impossibilité de parler en français avec le seul contact téléphonique que j'ai eu. L'appartement donnait directement sur la rue et n'était pas du tout isolé...

'Edgar's loft was wonderful for our group of 6. The living room was a really large and comfortable space to hang out in or relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had all necessities for cooking meals. The beds were quite comfortable. The smaller bedrooms were a bit warm, but there were fans that helped. The neighborhood had plenty of markets, boulangeries, and cafes nearby. We wish we had stayed one more day to just relax in the loft.'

Pros: - Beautiful space - Lovely area - Just 20 mins from centre of Paris - Affordable and value for money - Helpful and prompt communications - Comfortable and warm Cons: - There was a strong moss-like smell from the shower, although this faded over the few days we were there - Basic necessities like soap in the bathroom...
