'Posizione ottima e struttura carina con qualche accortezza in piu' sarebbe top. Tipo le lenzuola del divano letto erano macchiate e il ventilatore essenziale non essendoci l'aria condizionata, era veramente pieno di polvere .'

'Booked through Expedia but confused by three different communication channels (Expedia, VRBO, host own app) with multiple notifications some not accessible. When we arrived the wifi was not working, it was difficult to figure out how to contact host who anyhow provided by next day an alternative wifi network access which provided connection to our smartphone but didn't work with the smart tv.'

'Falta un poco de comunicación, especificar que la propiedad se encuentra en un cuarto piso y especificar difícil acceso con maletas voluminosas, es un lugar céntrico y muy cerca del metro y atracciones, sin embargo en las noches es muy ruidoso el entorno'

'Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...
