'It is a small place on the 17th of an apartment building. Perfect for a solotraveler or a couple. All the amenities you need. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is not the pretty part of Paris, but the metro is at 5 minutes. Host lives in the same building and is helpful.'

'L'annonce était trompeuse sur les taxes de séjour. 32 nous ont été demandés après la réservation effectuée.Il n'était également stipulé nulle part les conditions d'annulation, nous les avons eu après avoir payé et ne sont clairement pas avantageuses pour les clients. La communication avec les hôtes n'est pas fluide car seulement par mail et impossibilité de parler en français avec le seul contact téléphonique que j'ai eu. L'appartement donnait directement sur la rue et n'était pas du tout isolé...

'Host was communicative and helpful, allowed us for earlier check-in and cool with us mailing him one set of keys which we had forgotten to return during check-out.The apartment is tight for 6 persons when the sofa bed is made in the living room. The living room and another bedroom are right beside of the pedestrian sidewalk, so there are noise from time to time. Also, windows are sort of not to be open.Restaurant right next door, but not much noise during wee hours.Paid street parking 8am-8pm,...
