This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. Renovation is recent and modern and amenities are designed for travelers, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, safe for valuables, enough plates and silverware to avoid running the dishwasher after every meal. 'We stayed at the property for two weeks in May 2026. It was perfect for us, two sets of grandparents visiting our granddaughter. The street-level space was comfortable and very pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The location could not have been better. The neighborhood had all of the charm that you would expect staying in Paris. 'No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting'
